Hemmoroid signs and how to treat hemorhoid symptoms FAQ. One thing or great importance to realize is that hemorroids pain very often will disappear naturally by itself after only a short while, without requirement for any more treatment of hemroids cure or relief. For the prevention of unnecessary hemorrhoids pain it is often recommended to stick to the most basic and simple remedies or hemoroid house cures such as just avoiding some of the causes of hemorrhoids (see list of hemmorhoids causes below). For more advanced cases of signs of hemmeroids, it may be required to go through more rigid hemmorroids treatment, including things such as using either non-prescription creams orointments, or in even more tough cases, prescription creams. Hemmerhoid surgery should only be condidered as a pain relief option in the most extreme cases of protruded bleeding hemorrhoids.
In many cases, it has been seen that simple treatment of hemoroids can be the best treatments. Avoiding causes is one simple thing that can easily be done without side-effects. An example is for those with a sitting-all-day job, it can be a great relief and help simply to go for a brisk walk 1-2 times every day and break up the long sitting. Changing the diet is also an important way of inhibiting the development of hemroids. Avoiding heavy lifting, long toilet straining etc are yet another few tips, all adding up to better chances of avoiding the development and diagnose of hemoroids.
On the subject of how to cure hemmoroids or whether just to treat the symptoms of haemmoroids - an interesting method for stopping the development of hemorrhoids or for offering some relief as well as prevention and treatment, is the one researched and described by Sirrikov some 25 years ago. The results of Sirikov's investiations was published in a famous Israeli medical journal. The research pointed towards beneficial results from the use of a squatting position while at the same time emptying the bowel, changing the sitting angle (increasing it), was helping to make the bowel movement smoother. With less strainful bowel movement, it also naturally happens faster - both effects are very beneficial for minimizing the risk of hemroids (hemmeroids) developing.
It turns out that when straining and time spent for a bowel movement is lowered below a certain critical amount, with the help of using the squatting position, there is a beneficial result over normal sitting positions. Sirikov's findings were based on the use of a voluntary group of testers who established that the average time of bowel movements changed from typically 5 minutes to a much lower value, typically as little as 1 minute, compared to people using normal sitting positions.
Instead of using the squatting position, an even simpler method could be to just bend (lean) forward, while still sitting on a normal toilet seat. This method has not been fully tested and enough to establish its advantageous effects over normal sitting positions. It is a good idea though, well worth testing because it is so simple, if you have a case of bleeding hemmoroids (hemmroids). Hemroid (hemorrhoid) cures and (treatment) FAQ. Pictures of hemorhoids.
External haemmroids can sometimes but not always be recognized as small meaty lumps around the anal outside. Protruded hemroids starts as internal hemroids but will later start to extend outside of anus, sometimes due to excessive bowel straining. Most meaty lumps in the anus area are external hemroids but if you are not sure you should always talk to your doctor before attempting any haemmoroid pain relief.
